Job summary

Five Guys in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to set the tone on every shift. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.

Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach crew members, and help train new teammates to build a strong culture.

Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards while managing breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communications skills with a team-first mindset.
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing.
