Job summary

Five Guys in Houston, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily operations, coach crew, and deliver fast, accurate service with a strong guest experience. You’ll lead by example on every shift, stepping in for management when needed and ensuring brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in restaurant or related hospitality, strong communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, basic math, and comfort with POS systems.
