Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, mentor teammates, and support program rollouts, all while delivering the MOD experience.

You will help train new hires, ensure food safety standards, and manage shift execution to provide outstanding guest experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, deployment of the right squad members, and maintaining consistency with MOD’s standards across Back of House and Front of House.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to enforce processes and coach compassionately.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week across at least 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure safety and quality across Front and Back of House.
• Manage cash and inventory within the shift.
• Provide guidance and feedback to squad members and guests.
