MOD Super Fast Pizza, California, LLC is hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Los Angeles/Corona area location. You will lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest experiences meet MOD standards.

You’ll act as the senior squad member on shift and model MOD’s values in every interaction. You’ll deploy the right team, monitor safety and food-handling, manage cash, review program rollouts, and support management to keep the restaurant running smoothly during

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and coach to standards; provide compassionate feedback.
• Calm presence during peak periods and high volume.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Available to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• As Shift Supervisor, lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training.
• Ensure squad performs tasks, delivers guest experiences, and maintains standards.
• Model MOD’s purpose in all interactions and guide the team.
• Direct squad allocation, training, and program rollouts.
• Maintain food safety and operational systems across Front and Back of House.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Handle cash responsibly, process refunds, and manage inventory orders.
• Follow shift checklists and communicate updates from Slice and other sources.
