Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, California, LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for all new hires, program rollouts, and standards.

As the senior squad member, you will ensure the team delivers an outstanding guest experience, manages shift deployment, cash handling, inventory, and uses MOD tools to keep back-of-house and front-of-house safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor/train others and enforce standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training.
• Deploy squad members effectively to ensure great guest experiences.
• Maintain safety, quality, and adherence to MOD standards across BOH and FOH.
• Handle cash, inventory, and ordering as directed by management.
• Communicate updates and program changes to the team.
