Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor for Mansfield, TX. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure the team delivers outstanding guest experiences while upholding MOD standards.

You will guide deployment, manage cash, and help with inventory and ordering under the guidance of the GM. This role requires at least 1 year of service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading peers.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be 18 years or older; food safety/alcohol certification within 30 days where required.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and mentor new hires.
• Ensure correct staffing deployment and workload balance.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support program rollouts.
• Maintain safety and compliance with MOD standards in FOH and BOH.
• Manage cash within the shift and process refunds when needed.
• Take inventory and place orders as directed by the GM.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and communicate updates to the team.
