Job summary

Mod-Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Glen Allen, VA to lead restaurant operations during shifts and mentor new hires. You will ensure the team delivers excellent guest experiences while maintaining MOD standards and safety.

You will manage deployment, training, cash handling, inventory, and shift checklists, with leadership by example to drive smooth operations and strong guest service during peak times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead others.
• Strong decision‑making and prioritization skills.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure squad alignment with MOD standards and procedures.
• Manage cash handling and inventory within the shift.
• Oversee safety, quality and guest experience on shift.
• Collaborate with GM/AM for issue resolution and escalation.
