MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Glen Burnie, MD to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will be the senior squad member, ensuring top guest experiences and smooth daily operations while guiding the team.

You will flex with restaurant needs, oversee deployment, and drive performance with a calm, coaching style. This role emphasizes leadership, program rollout, and sustaining MOD’s culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Mentor, trainer, or informal leader experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Follow and enforce processes; coach in a compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct squad member placement to support guests and deployment.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety in Back and Front of House using MOD tools and standards.
• Listen to squad/guest concerns and escalate to AM/GM when needed.
• Handle cash within the shift accurately.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements on time.
• Monitor emails for updates from Slice and other sources for squad planning.
