Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm guest experience, manage bakery operations, and support celebration orders. The role involves greeting guests, educating on cake options, processing orders at the POS, and maintaining clean, attractive displays.

You will supervise opening/closing procedures, assist with cake assembly, and ensure on-time pickups during busy periods. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet customers warmly and educate them on cake options.
• Ability to process orders accurately at the POS and handle payments.
• Experience leading a small team or shift leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine needs with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Assist in assembling and decorating orders and ensuring presentation standards.
• Open/close bakery tasks, including cash handling and safe sealing of the store.
