Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Bakery Manager to work with the Bakery Manager and team to deliver high-quality cakes, a warm atmosphere, and superior guest experience. This role partners in sales, profitability, and day-to-day bakery operations while upholding NbC standards.

Key duties include leading guest engagement, cake production oversight, scheduling, training, and ensuring food safety and brand presentation across all bakery activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED (post-secondary education a plus).
• Experience leading guest-facing teams in retail/food service preferred.
• Strong coaching, training and performance feedback capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and foster a positive work environment.
• Lead aspects of guest experience, cake production, merchandising, and inventory control with Bakery Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
