Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Leader to work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming bakery environment.

The Shift Leader will share in team leadership, drive sales and profitability, and ensure daily operations meet NbC standards. This role offers opportunities for promotion within a growing brand and reinforces NbC culture among team members and guests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Works alongside management to create the highest-quality cakes and a warm, welcoming environment for guests.
• Shares in team leadership and collaborates with bakery management to drive sales and profitability.
• Executes day-to-day responsibilities and ensures bakery operation complies with NbC standards.
