Jobot is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst specializing in ServiceTitan to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise applications including ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP systems.

With a focus on leveraging CoE practices and strong pricing/membership knowledge, you will drive system performance, vendor liaison, and user training to support growth and M&A integration efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential trades with a minimum of 5 years as a ServiceTitan super user.
• 5+ years of experience with pricebooks and memberships.
• Strong pricing strategy knowledge and understanding of different membership types.
• Experience within a ServiceTitan Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Proven ability to deliver proactive solutions through business case scenarios and influence senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, support, and optimize ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP systems.
• Lead ongoing ServiceTitan configurations based on business needs and feedback.
• Act as internal consultant on ServiceTitan projects and vendor relations.
• Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization.
• Develop SOPs and training materials to maximize system usage.
