Job summary

PowerTech is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to serve as the primary administrator for ServiceTitan and other operational platforms, ensuring data integrity and user support across offices and field teams.

You will configure, test, and optimize systems; manage user access; develop SOPs; and partner with HR, IT, and operations to drive adoption and efficiency through technology.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience administering business systems, CRM, or ERP platforms.
• Experience training end users and supporting software adoption.
• Strong understanding of workflow management and operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and user issues independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
• Strong communication with field personnel, office staff, vendors, and leadership.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Service Titan and other operational software platforms.
• Lead system configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security settings, and role-based access.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all system modules.
• Evaluate new features, enhancements, and updates and coordinate implementation.
• Test and validate system upgrades prior to deployment.
• Monitor system usage, adoption, and score trends to improve workflows and performance.
• Develop adoption strategies that improve consistent use of Service Titan across teams.
• Partner with department leaders to design and implement process improvements via technology.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
