Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Sr Lead Engineer, Integration & Automations to shape the technical foundation of our integration and automation programs.

The role spans architecture, hands-on engineering, and team enablement across US and India pods, reporting to the Director of G&A Systems. You will drive standards for a growing ecosystem including Workday Financials, Workday HCM, Workato, Salesforce, and more.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration engineering, systems architecture, or a senior integration role.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS (MuleSoft/Bo​omi/Informatica).
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integration architecture across multiple domains, ensuring scalable and secure designs.
• Lead architecture reviews and set design standards for new integrations and major enhancements.
• Guide offshore and distributed engineers; drive governance, SLA compliance, and monitoring practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive the AI and automation delivery pipeline and ensure production-grade solutions.
