Job summary

PowerTech is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to own ServiceTitan and related operational software, ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and effective user support for office and field teams.

You will develop SOPs, manage user access, train employees, and partner with Operations, Accounting, HR, and IT to drive process improvements and adoption of technology across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience administering business systems and CRM/ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to train users and support software adoption.
• Strong understanding of workflow management and operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Service Titan and other operational software.
• Lead system configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security settings, and role-based access.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across modules.
• Develop SOPs and documentation to support onboarding and adoption.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for employees.
