Job summary
Rubrik is seeking an innovative Services Engineering Leader to drive the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings across the Rubrik portfolio. You will design, package, and launch scalable services with playbooks and delivery methodologies to accelerate customer time-to-value.
You will collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering, and field delivery teams, contribute to the Global PS Leadership Team, and ensure services are viable, well-documented, and aligned
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of direct experience in Service NPI, Services Productization, or Solution Engineering.
- Proven track record taking complex enterprise technology services from concept to global field execution.
- Cross-functional leadership across Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to VP level and above.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Service Productization & Portfolio Strategy: Design and launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.
- Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead with Global PS Leadership Team, enable delivery artifacts and GTM integration.
- Operational Excellence & Standard Development: Establish reusable delivery frameworks and standard SOW templates to improve efficiency and margins.
