Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an innovative Services Engineering Leader to drive the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings. You will design, package, and launch high-value services to accelerate time-to-value across the Rubrik product portfolio.

You will bridge product strategy with field execution, collaborating with Product Management, Product Engineering, Global Practice Leaders, and PS Delivery teams to ensure services evolve with the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of direct experience in Service NPI or Services Productization in global SaaS/Enterprise/Cyber Resilience.
• Proven track record taking complex enterprise technology services from concept to global field execution.
• Experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership (VP level and above).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings and delivery methodologies.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering to align service packages with releases.
• Establish reusable delivery frameworks, SOW templates, and feedback loops to improve offerings post-launch.
