Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an innovative Services Engineering Leader to drive lifecycle development of Professional Services offerings across the Rubrik product portfolio. This global role reports to the Vice President of Global Professional Services and coordinates with Product Management, Engineering, and field delivery to ensure offerings stay aligned with the technology roadmap.

The role requires 8–10+ years in NPI or services productization, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to scale

Qualifications

8–10+ years of direct experience in Service NPI, Services Productization, or Solution Engineering in global SaaS/Enterprise/Cyber Resilience.
Proven track record turning complex enterprise technology services from concept to global field execution.
Cross-functional influence across Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services.
Experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership (VP level and above).
Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies to drive rapid customer adoption and value.
Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering to build service packages, deployment frameworks, and best practices.
Continuously evaluate and refresh the PS portfolio based on feedback, outcomes, utilization data, and market trends.
