Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment across client engagements. You will mentor teams, support business development, and collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature clients’ security programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional delivery, client interaction, and enabling secure operations using SecOps, IRM, and related tools. Hybrid work is offered across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow and related security certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment for client projects.
• Coach and develop onshore/offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Manage client engagements, proposals, pricing estimates, and client relationships.
