Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions across client environments. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, mentor consultants, and drive security operations maturity within complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of work experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and training/certification for Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects, including architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow SecOps use cases, configurations, and best practices; drive client workshops and demonstrations.
• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery within timeframes and budget, with a focus on security operations maturity.
