Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor onshore and offshore teams, and work with clients to mature security operations and cyber risk programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and delivering high-quality security technology solutions using ServiceNow SecOps, IRM, and integration with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• Master’s degree in related field with 4 years of experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Mentor and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development from proposals to pricing and statements of work.
• Present to clients and run demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Coordinate with client teams to enable security operations and cyber risk programs.
