Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment across diverse client engagements. You will coach teams onshore and offshore, drive project delivery, and support business development while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of ServiceNow SecOps/IRM experience or Master's with 4 years of experience.
• CSA certification and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training preferred.
• Experience leading a team in ServiceNow SecOps implementations with integrations to SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Develop resources and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship building.
• Deliver client presentations and lead demonstrations of SecOps solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality, manage project risk, and maintain client satisfaction.
