Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide onshore/offshore teams, drive engagements, and shape security programs using ServiceNow capabilities across incident response, vulnerability management, and risk controls.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proposal development, and delivering high-quality services within a hybrid client-facing model. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of ServiceNow SecOps experience or Master’s with 4+ years.
• CSA certification and training in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading teams and client engagements, including SIEM/SOAR/EDR integrations.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment for client projects.
• Mentor and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Drive business development activities and respond to proposals.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and client interactions.
