Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in related field with 4 years of ServiceNow SecOps/IRM experience.
• CSA certification and Security Incident/Response or Vulnerability Response training.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams and coach team members.
• Support business development activities and proposals.
• Deliver client presentations and lead demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Maintain delivery quality, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
