Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and completed training for SecOps and/or IRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects, including architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Mentor and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development: proposals, LOE/pricing, and client relationships.
