Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will mentor teams, drive end-to-end projects, and collaborate with Cybersecurity and other units to mature clients’ security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering or related field with 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• Master’s degree in related field with 4 years’ experience in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and training in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Mentor onshore and offshore team members and support business development.
• Guide client engagements and ensure quality, risks, and timelines are managed.
