Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture and implementation across client engagements. You will guide end-to-end SecOps projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature clients’ security programs using ServiceNow SecOps modules.

You will liaise with clients to drive proposals, deliver impactful demos, and contribute to go-to-market initiatives while working in a globally connected, hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field with 5 years’ experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years’ experience is acceptable.
• Certification in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM or related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Mentor and coach onshore/offshore team members on functional/technical skills.
• Drive business development, proposals, and client relationship opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients on workshops, meetings, and status updates.
• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality expectations.
