Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment for diverse clients. You will coach onshore and offshore teams, drive proposals, and foster strong client relationships while delivering high-quality security operations solutions across engagements.

The role emphasizes collaboration across cybersecurity and other competency areas, with a focus on progressive leadership, business development, and ongoing delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM
• Master’s degree with 4+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM
• CSA certification and security-related certifications beneficial
• Experience leading a team and integrating with SIEM/SOAR/EDR tools
• Familiarity with security frameworks and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment across client projects
• Coach onshore/offshore team members and support business development
• Develop client relationships and present solutions and roadmaps
• Ensure delivery excellence, risk management, and quality of work
• Travel to client sites as required
