Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations leader to architect, design, build and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide onshore and offshore teams, drive end-to-end projects, and support business development with proposals and pricing.

Strong client-facing skills and security domain knowledge are essential. Ideal candidates hold a CSA certification with relevant SecOps/IRM training, plus experience integrating SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of ServiceNow SecOps/IRM implementation experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience acceptable.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and related training/certifications preferred.
• Experience leading a team and delivering client engagements with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Knowledge of security frameworks and governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach onshore/offshore team members; support business development and proposals.
• Engage with clients to define scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Demonstrate solutions and manage client demonstrations and workshops.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
