Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to design, architect, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. Lead end-to-end engagements, develop resources, and support business development while coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, advise clients on SecOps best practices, and help mature clients’ security programs using incident response, vulnerability management, and related capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field (optional).
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects and deployments.
• Develop and mentor team members, including offshore resources.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship building.
• Oversee day-to-day execution and client interactions across EY teams.
