Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide onshore and offshore teams, mentor consultants, and drive end-to-end projects across cybersecurity and adjacent practices.

You will work with clients to mature security operations, integrate with SIEM/SOAR/EDR, and contribute to business development while maintaining high delivery standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of work experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and training/certification for Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps functionality with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability scanners) using API or Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles and processes.
• Experience with design, architecture, and implementation of security operations and cyber risk programs supported by enabling security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment on end-to-end projects.
• Develop and coach team members, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Support business development from proposals to pricing and statements of work.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrate ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and stakeholder communications throughout engagements.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature clients’ security operations.
