Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for clients across industries. You will lead end-to-end projects, coach onshore and offshore team members, and support business development activities with client relationships.

You’ll collaborate with Cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and related capabilities using the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field with relevant security operations experience.
• CSA certification from ServiceNow and training in Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps functionality with integrations to SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment across end-to-end projects.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Manage client engagements, proposals, pricing estimates, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with EY and client teams to mature security operations and cyber risk programs.
