Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Manager to design, build, and deploy SecOps capabilities for diverse clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor staff, and drive engagements from proposal through delivery, aligning cybersecurity with business goals.

You will advise on architecture, integrate with SIEM/SOAR/EDR, and contribute to pursuits while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and related Security Incident Response/ Vulnerability Response certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Develop and mentor onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and pricing.
• Engage with clients to translate requirements into security operations solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery, risk management, and client interactions.
