Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will mentor teams, drive business development activities, and deliver security-focused outcomes across client engagements.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity and other groups, helping clients mature their security operations and cyber risk programs using ServiceNow SecOps components such as IR, RCC, and threat intelligence, while growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with required years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM/GRC.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and related training is preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement security operations solutions with integrations to SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects including architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Coach and develop onshore/offshore team members and mentor junior consultants.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing estimates, and client relationship building.
• Deliver client presentations and demos of ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
