Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Consultant/Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and support business development activities across cyber risk programs.

The role emphasizes strong client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to translate security needs into scalable ServiceNow implementations. Travel to client sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree+5 years SecOps/IRM implementation experience.
• Master’s degree+4 years relevant experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification with SecOps IRM training.
• Experience leading SecOps implementations with integrations (SIEM/SOAR/EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Coach onshore/offshore team members and support business development.
• Manage client interactions, workshops, and status meetings.
• Deliver client demos and contribute to proposals and statements of work.
