Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations leader to architect, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients across industries. You will guide end-to-end projects, lead onshore/offshore teams, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with required SecOps experience.
• CSA ServiceNow certification and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training preferred.
• Experience leading a team implementing ServiceNow SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Strong cybersecurity, GRC, and incident response knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects and architecture efforts.
• Develop and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across EY and client environments.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing, and SOWs; build client relationships.
• Deliver client-led demonstrations and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature client programs.
