Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to design, architect, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor teams, and drive business development activities while coordinating with Cybersecurity and other EY practices.

You will guide client engagements, deliver high-quality work, and advise on SecOps strategy, architecture, and integration with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with relevant SecOps experience.
• Security Operations experience including design/implementation and governance.
• ServiceNow SecOps and relevant certifications required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across engagements.
• Coach and develop onshore/offshore team members and drive end-to-end projects.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, proposals, and go-to-market efforts.
• Deliver client demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature client programs.
