Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead ServiceNow Security Operations engagements, architecting, building, and deploying SecOps solutions for client programs.

You will mentor onshore and offshore teams, drive end-to-end projects, and collaborate across Cybersecurity and other EY capabilities to mature clients’ security operations and risk management using ServiceNow Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and related modules. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering with 5+ years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• Or Master’s with 4 years in the same domain.
• ServiceNow CSA cert and certified in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team and integrating with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
• Familiarity with security governance and risk management concepts.
• Proficiency in Office products and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Manage projects end-to-end with client interactions.
• Support business development, proposals, and go-to-market efforts.
