Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for clients across industries. You will lead end-to-end projects, coach onshore and offshore teams, and support business development while delivering high-quality security operations capabilities.

You will work in EY's Cybersecurity team, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to mature clients' security programs, drive risk reduction, and enable effective incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience implementing SecOps/IRM solutions.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience is acceptable in lieu of the experience requirement.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training is preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps functionality with integrations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across engagements.
• Manage end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and support business development.
• Oversee client interactions, workshops, and status meetings to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SecOps with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and price estimates for new work.
