Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/IS/Cybersecurity with 5 years in ServiceNow SecOps or IRM.
• Master's with 4 years in ServiceNow SecOps or IRM.
• CSA certification and Security Incident/Response or Vulnerability Response training.
• Experience leading a team on ServiceNow SecOps projects with integrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance principles.
• Experience with security operations design, architecture and implementation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Awareness of recent ServiceNow releases and enhancements.
• Willingness to travel for client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members and develop skills.
• Support business development, including proposals and pricing estimates.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations on solutions and approaches.
• Lead demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps capabilities to clients.
