Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager to lead ServiceNow Security Operations engagements, architecting, designing, building, and deploying SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will mentor teams, manage end-to-end projects, and collaborate with Cybersecurity and other practice areas to mature clients’ security programs using SecOps, IRM, and related capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM.
• Alternative: Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• CSA certification with Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response training.
• Leadership of a team implementing SecOps with integrations (SIEM/SOAR/EDR).
• Experience with security operations concepts and governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members to grow functional and technical skills.
• Support business development, including proposals, pricing, and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and project delivery within EY practices.
• Advise on SecOps capabilities, roadmaps, and ecosystem integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Deliver client presentations and demos of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
