Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end engagements, mentor teams, and drive business development in a globally connected firm.

The role blends technical delivery with client relationships, operating within EY’s cyber risk practice. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, leverage ServiceNow capabilities (IR/Threat Intel/Vulnerability Response), and travel as needed to

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field; 5 years of SecOps/IRM implementation, or Master’s with 4 years.
• > Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and training in Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response.
• > Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps and integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
• > Familiarity with security frameworks and governance, risk, and compliance practices.
• > Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities

• > Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end for client projects.
• > Mentor and coach onshore and offshore team members; develop functional and technical skills.
• > Manage day-to-day client interactions, proposals, and business development opportunities.
• > Demonstrate and present ServiceNow SecOps solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• > Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other EY competencies across industries.
• > Ensure project quality, risk management, and timely delivery.
