Job summary

EY seeks a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations architect to lead end-to-end SecOps initiatives, including architecture, design, build, and deployment across client engagements. You’ll mentor team members, drive pursuits, and coordinate delivery with EY and client teams.

You’ll advise on SecOps use cases, SIEM/EDR integrations, and post go-live support in a collaborative, global EY environment with a hybrid work model. Excellent communication and business development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM/ Security GRC.
• Master’s degree in a related field with 4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM /GRC.
• CSA certification and Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response training/certifications.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps functionality with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development, proposals, and pricing estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day client interactions and project execution.
• Present solutions and lead client demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps.
