Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across client engagements. You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, drive business development efforts, and advise on SIEM/SOAR/EDR integrations to mature clients’ security operations and cyber risk programs.

You’ll work in a hybrid EY environment, collaborating with cyber security experts across sectors, delivering high-impact security solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering/Business and 5 years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, IRM, or Security GRC.
• Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience in SecOps/IRM implementations.
• ServiceNow CSA certification with training in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team implementing SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, scanners).
• Strong background in cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance concepts and processes.
• Experience designing security operations programs supported by enabling technologies.
• Proficiency with Office tools; familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
• Awareness of latest ServiceNow releases and capabilities for SecOps.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end projects.
• Develop resources and mentor both onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing estimates, statements of work, and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and client interactions across EY engagements.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow SecOps use cases, integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR and threat intel.
• Lead demonstrations of SecOps solutions and coach the project team.
• Contribute to innovative solutions, thought leadership, and go-to-market activities.
