Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead ServiceNow Security Operations initiatives, architecting and delivering end-to-end SecOps solutions. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, mentor consultants, and drive client engagements across industries.

You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity and other EY capabilities, shaping risk programs and security operations with strong emphasis on architecture, design, and delivery excellence. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and training/certification for SecOps/IRM is preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps with system integrations (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment of end-to-end projects.
• Coach and develop multi-disciplinary team members, onshore and offshore.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality client services and manage project scope, risk, and timeline.
• Present solutions and demonstrate capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
