Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to help clients mature their security programs by architecting and delivering SecOps solutions. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with Cybersecurity capabilities, and contribute to proposals and client engagements across industries.

You will guide architecture and deployments for ServiceNow SecOps, including incident response, vulnerability management, and integration with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies, working with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field with 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps or IRM.
• Alternative Master’s degree with 4+ years experience in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• CSA certification and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response certifications are preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps with system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Mentor onshore and offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Manage client engagements, proposals, and client relationships.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow SecOps roadmap, architecture, and integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
