Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations Consultant to design, implement, and lead SecOps initiatives for diverse clients. You will drive end-to-end projects, coach teams, and contribute to business development while collaborating across Cybersecurity and other EY capabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on architecture, hands-on delivery, and delivering value through secure, integrated operations, with a global, multi-disciplinary team and a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and related experience in SecOps.
• Certification from ServiceNow CSA and training in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end projects.
• Mentor and develop team members, onshore and offshore, including skill development.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing estimates, and client relationships.
• Deliver client presentations and run demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
