Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to design, architect, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for clients. You'll lead end-to-end projects, coach team members, and collaborate across EY and client teams to mature security operations and cyber risk programs, including incident response and vulnerability management.

The role requires a bachelor’s (or master’s) in a related field, 5 (or 4) years of SecOps experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of work experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and related certifications such as Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow Security Operations functionality with integrations (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Exposure to cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance concepts and security incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and related processes.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio) and recent ServiceNow releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members, onshore and offshore.
• Manage end-to-end projects with client interactions and EY team collaboration.
• Support business development activities and response to proposals.
• Deliver client demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps and related capabilities.
• Develop innovative solutions and contribute to go-to-market efforts.
