EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will mentor teams, drive end-to-end projects, and engage in business development, workshops and client discussions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and relevant experience required.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps or IRM is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment projects.
• Develop and coach team members across onshore/offshore locations.
• Support business development: respond to proposals and nurture client relationships.
• Deliver client-ready presentations and demos of ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Manage project budgets, scope, risks, and stakeholder communications.
