Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will mentor team members, drive end-to-end projects, and collaborate with cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature clients' security operations and cyber risk programs.

You will work with onshore and offshore teams, support business development, and deliver client-focused outcomes while operating within EY’s team-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and 5 years of ServiceNow SecOps/IR M implementation experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience acceptable.
• CSA certification and Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response certs.
• Experience leading a team implementing SecOps with integrations to SIEM, SOAR, EDR.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects including architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Develop resources and mentor junior consultants across onshore/offshore teams.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing, and statements of work.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and client interactions.
• Deliver client demonstrations and lead security technology discussions.
• Contribute to go-to-market and thought leadership initiatives.
